CLASSROOM PROCEDURES
- Be seated on time
- Fill in planner and complete daily Do Now
- Have homework ready to check
- Be prepared to take notes and participate in class discussions
- Begin assignment

- Big Idea 1- Proportionality and Similarity
- Big Idea 2- Surface Area and Volume
- Big Idea 3- Rational Number Operations and Linear Equations
- Supporting Ideas- Probability, Data Analysis, Number and Operations, and Geometry and Measurement
GRADING POLICY
- Grades are calculated based on total points
- Tests will be given on each chapter and counted as a weighted grade
- A (90-100) B (80-89) C (70-79) D (60-69) F (0-59)
MATH WORK
- All work must be done in pencil
- Late work will only be accepted if a student is absent
- Make-up work is the student’s responsibility. District policy will be followed for excused absences (2 days to complete work)
